Nav Data for the use of the FMC...any help?

Hey all

It seems like all i do on here is ask questions..... bear with me guys

I have a few questions to ask about the FMC to those who are confident in using it, i know my way around this micro computer but need to know some more about the nav data, where do i get this info from??? eg, SID'S and STARS? is this type of info payware or is there alternative places i can go to get these? this is for NZ of course....

Oh and i maybe the 100th person who has already posted this topic on here, if so please redirect me to the right link

I am sure I have found SID's and STAR's on the NZ CAA Website before.
I quick scan shows that it is not obvious, but they are there
