Yeah ive always thought craig you earn to much ,but its what you do with it really ,not the job ,if you save and put your moneys into your hobby like us ,then yourselfs would be able to get pretty much the same stuff ,instead of coffees down the road i have mine at home ,that saves like $3 per time ,i dont catch buses to get to work i work from home ,theres $50 aweek ,i dont go out drinking every weekend with mates that saves over $100 per week ,add that up and you start to see that its not the job its the life style that lets us spend more
ive just gone out and brought this week other graphic card 8600gtx thats couple of weeks saving my coffees up ,so now ive got a 7600gt for sale that will go into upgrading the next card etc ,
simple really

My advise to anyone wanting systems like the one's i'm building..
Set a goal i.e. This month 8800GTX, and save, a splash out here and there a lil is ok, but dont go overboard..

Hmm... Fun.. or a computer.. hard choice.. NOT..
I don't see the point in spending that much on a computer game, but it's your money

If i'm unhappy with the 8600GT, i'll be the proud owner of a BFG NVIDIA GeForce 8800 GTS OC2 640MB PCIe

AND could have a 8800GTX Ultra OC within the next month or so

Edit:
Gave in, ordering the 8800GTS OC2 640mb...
The 8800GT is up for sale in off topic..
