Now running out of memory with FSX

Hi, I have a problem that my PC when running FSX is now after a few minutes start to make a sound and the a error box comes up with the "your computer has run out of available memory, Restart and select different graphics,scenery or traffic settings.
This happend on Windows 7 and using a "FSX booster.
I have since installed Windows 10 but the problem is still there.

I have looked up Youtube and others to "reset" any thing but no fix.

Please any hinds to what the best to do as when started this FSX and my set up I did not have any hick-ups...
I am running a Gaming machine with
Inter core 17-4770K@3.50Ghz
Ram 16 Gb
Video GTX770.
