I know this is a very common CTD among people using FSX. I am getting it almost frequently when I use FSX. But the fixes I find on other forums just simply don't work. Any other fixes?

Zain.

For starters, did you have the crash box's ticked OFF in 'Settings-Realism' - Ignore crashes and damage.

Its turned off Ian It doesn't detect crashes, I dont mean an aircraft crash, but a application crash to desktop. I also have UIAutomationCore.dll in my FSX root folder.

It is one off the silly things FSX dose and all depends on everyone's PC ... so that's sorted.

Next : the PC memory, Last time you had a good cleanup/defrag and making sure the PC has that little room for cache.

It is strange this has only appeared now, one reason I thought this maybe the cause .. with a lower end system it dose not take much.
