You australians seem to have alot of fog, I have made more landings with vis proably way below minimas (not that I care about legal vis requirements in the sim, I always land on the center land no mater what :P hehe) than I have in nz.

Everytime I use the fs9 real world weather there is less then 1/4mile vis, not that im really complaining, its fantastic! But my dear dear realisum may be at stake, is it normal for you not to be able to see the other end of the rwy in australia? Or is there a bug in the weather thingy?

Thanks
James

What sort of times are you landing? Maybe its related to time of day. ;)

Jimmy, Dont forget in Australia they suffer high temperatures which create haze in the atmosphere from dust etc. Considering the amount of Bush Fires in Australia every year what your seeing is not just heat haze and dust but also smoke particles. In Europe and Asia its a common problem with pollution in hot weather. A bit like Christchurch gets in the winter with still air ;)

Normally we are lucky because of our Ocean Air Currents keeping us clear.
