I very much doubt it, you can run some windows programs under Linux using Wine but the ones I have tried (quite a few years ago now) all ran more slowly and that isn't a good thing for a flight simulator. I didn't try to run FSX so can't say for sure that it won't work but from previous experience with other programs it seems most unlikely that it would be worth doing.
You could possibly set up Virtual Box but then you would need to install Windows in that and then install FSX. However, as you would be running FSX in a virtual Windows machine under your Linux operating system that would also be a lot slower.
Summarising - don't bother trying, better to buy a fast windows based machine that is capable of running DX10 or better DX11.
