Can I put a Graphics card with DDR3 memory in a motherboard that only supports DDR?

Right, it's time to upgrade the Radeon 9600XT graphics card. I'm lookin at getting something like an x800. I need something AGP cos that's what my motherboard is. These later model AGP cards have DDR3 RAM however (like this one), and I'm wondering if it'll work with my motherboard, considering it has DDR 3 video RAM.

Will it work?

Simply- Yes. Its the video ram has nothing to do with the Physical Ram.
