well here is a shot from our house, of just one of many a/c that fly right over, i have got a new(read second hand) fujifilm s3000 finepix digital camera, still learning the camera, and it doesn't help that it keeps turning off, i think it is that i am not using new batteries in it,

but anyways

here is the pic
emirates 777 (ithinks)

enjoy

i will be adding more pics as time allows and as the camera allows!!!

Nice Jas- I remember being surprised at how low the jets were coming over Raphoe. What altitude are they at, around 1000 feet?

yeah they do fly low, and rather slow too, i can hear the heavies coming and run ouyt with the camera ready to go as they go over, the a 320's and 737',s are a bit quicker, i have to be quick of the make to get them overhead, and the saabs, atrs, dash 8s and beeches are too fast for me most times!!! i have the camera set at its max zoom as they fly away, but i have it about 1/2 way zoomed when they fly overhead. they are properly about 900-1000 feet, if that on some days blink.gif

enjoy, some of the darker pics show dust spots, there is dust on the inside of the lens, which i cannot get to any ideas, i cannot pull the lens apart as it is a sealed unit that i cannot get into
