Cool shots (Boy CHCH is a chilly place).
Interesting to see RAF presence?

Thanks for looking gents.
Not sure what the RAF was doing here, the lads thought they saw soldiers boarding. Its arrival worked in with a herc and a 757 (ours) may not be related, someone will know.
I think it arrived here from Brunei.
Thanks again.

Nice and crisp, just looks like a normal winter's day to me:) Looks like the ideal time of the year to take some tele shots, without the heat shimmer stuffing it up...

Well, I seem to recall that it does, that's the beginning of the Alps in the background, which are definitely snow-covered in the sim during winter. However they are a long way away from Christchurch, so you need a very long lens to see them like that! I would think that the foothills in these shots are 50 -- 60 kms away.

After our disappointingly few of days of glorious heatwave a few weeks ago, nothing depresses me more than seeing snow and ice as a reminder of what we are about to experience/suffer again, in a couple of month's time!
I need to hibernate in the Winter.

It's Autumn now!

All my Sim Flights are always carried out in Mid-Summer, Mid-Day, in brilliant sunshine, wearing the customary All-American Shades!

Paul..... :wink2: ....!
