Hi Ian I wasn't too sure of what the planes were but I had guessed the StarShip one was a rare sight down here although i know they have a medical jet based at the airport I'm pretty certain its not related to the StarShip hospital Dunedin seemed to be busy place with aircraft I haven't seen before and even though it was a quick bit of spotting I enjoyed catching them as my nearest airport is about 45 minutes drive south in Invercargill but when I can I like to have a look in Queenstown as it has many of the higher spec luxury jets both private and corporate and my house is lucky enough to be sighted in the flight path for regional flight to Invercargill but its normally just the same old ATR's coming and going

I'm planning on uploading here as much as can and we do get the odd international airline flying over they seem to head towards the Otago coast I do get the rescue chopper at least 5 or more times at all hours flying over low enough you can see every detail but catching it is a real challenge due to the speed it flys past

I've just done some quick research and found the corporate jet is a Beechcraft Beechjet (ZK-NXJ) http://www.planeflighttracker.com/2014/ ... track.html I decided I couldn't resist finding out some more about this little Guy and in the process learnt that Beechcraft make some very classy jets

Yeah I got caught out until corrected by Lucky Lindy , had it been a Warplane easy .. they build these aircraft and all appear to look the same .. maybe if I get a ride in one before I give it the WOW factor :D
