I wonder what would happen if we all ... get a large group on a great warm day all hiked up into the toproof carpark ... thought that would be superb for the 29/11 Rwy .

Great shots as usual Marty, something there for everyone - action, art, glamour, hard work, and the wonder of flight - a lot of which most people don't even recognise when they pass through an airport on their way somewhere....
oh dear, I am starting to wax lyrical... must be time for a break

Ya go plan "Airport Strike" .. on the ideal Planed wicked day you don't drive in .. that is so bloody expensive .. from a short distance you hike in with chilly bin and camping seats , drink food and camera , I was up there for near over two hours .... get enough doing it we may get an Observation deck back again or die trying.

Another good spot for 29 is down between the paint hangar and the apu line (worked in there 10 or so years ago, might not be that anymore) but you can't get much closer to the taxiway for some good photos...
Next time I'm going past I will do a driveby and check it out

The RL SOFIA just shows how good that POSKY model is, (and don't forget, it is really an FS2004 one)
MikeW
'Propliner' is actually short for 'Proper airliner, with big rumbly radials'

True Mike , and i wont forget .
These guys were turning out free stuff equal to some of the " best " payware people , years ago.
These payware people , have found a way to feed on the needs of those who have the "as real as it gets " fever ...... and good on them ..... But, for me at least , after considerable study, there is enough free stuff out there to keep me happy (visually) for years to come.
