Taxied past it yesterday on my way to B9. Looks pretty much like a standard 200, except for the stairs coming out of the forward hold and that fancy erection on the top which is probably just to let the crew star gaze during crew rest

LOL... looks more to me like an extra inlet to help get rid of all the hot air usually found inside that particular aircraft
