I have nearly finished setting up the large format calendar that is a fund raiser for the Aviation Heritage Centre so thought I would post a few pictures from the flights in Masterton last year and its good to get some out of the computer.

Its a one hell off a collection , tales off WW1 air war are limited , maybe its time to look in to this subject , you look at the the photos of the era , all black and white .... compared to yours almost 100 years later .. all we need is the story .. forget the Red Baron , ..

Yip the imagination can run wild with the WW1 planes.



This was taken from a Cherokee and the Triplane can turn on a dime at 80 knots.
