Here are a few photos taken at Classic Fighters 2009.
Was quite an experience catching these two aircraft together.
Special thanks to The Old Stick And Rudder Company for bringing their aircraft to the show.
Keith Skilling and Stuart Goldspink flew the aircraft very well and they are a pleasure to fly with.
Thanks to Gene for his help as well.
Have just added a folder of photos to my website.

It is great to see these ex RNZAF Fighters flying in New Zealand.

With these two in the air , one thing to point out is just how delicate they really are , when they match a wing to the fuselage , its literairy jiggered in and held on with four so cotter pins with bolts to hold them in . then bits off skin fairings formed to suit and away they go . I,m also guessing Keith Skilling would have more hours on the F4U now than some off the pilots in WWII .
