WOW! Nice shot dude! How I envy you, I love elevated shots like this....and for a mobile that's pretty sweet quality!

She passed through Wanganui today around 1155 - two 1000ft circuits over the field, once over the central city, then back to Ohakea. I've waited eight years to see PV270 over my hometown. Certainly took a LONG time for the smile to disappear!

I shot out on to the balcony at CFS, along with almost every other person that was in the offices and watched Keith put the Spit through it's paces for next weekend. It looked and sounded awesome. Somehow i think the Checkers practice at 1600 wasn't going to get the same reaction from the gathered masses.

I wish I'd had my camera at work. The Display that Keith put on today was pretty damn good. Some really good lowpasses. Pity that Ops cant give us abit of notice for displays like this.
The spitfire sounded amazing.

Keep an eye out for the magazine below.
Havent seen it yet as I have been away with work this week but hope to get some copies soon.
Will be nice to finally see the photos of the aircraft in print as its been a while since we flew for those pictures and thanks to those who have expressed interest in seeing the photos.
Will post some more soon.

There is some Air 2 Air photos of the Canadian Kittyhawk in this magazine as well as some Classic Fighters 2009 coverage.
