Awesome stuff Brennan, I really like #2.

Where those taken today?
What part of the airport were these from- was 23L active in the morning?
Also, in shot #1, I see you took your photos over the barbed wire- I usually poke my lens in the gap between it and the top of the fence. How did you achieve this, are you really tall? :P

They were using the road by the taxiway because they were doing something to it.

Theyre actually using the taxi way, just not 23R/05L as they often do, if they were putting aircraft on a road, they would fall through the tarseal........

Here are 14 more shots (1.42mb worth) I took at AA this afternoon- some of them suffer from over sharpening. Nothing too interesting here as the wind was blowing in favour of 05R...

Crikey Trolly, you got one of my aircraft from where I normally snap shots, we must have missed each other by minutes! Where you there between 315 and 4 by any chance?

Yep I was there from about 2 to 4.30, not much to photograph with the aircraft that were departing being so high up by the time they crossed the 23L theshold where the best spotting spots are :(

I left just after -JNO departed.

Went down to the airport on Wednesday to farewell a very special girlfriend who was flying out to Europe :( I sat in the lookout for a while afterwards with the camera, and got a few photos. Nothing too special, but I thought I'd post them anyway:

Reminds me of a song "Leaving On A Jet Plane, Don't know when I'll be back again." couldn't resist.
