Well I took my new toy (Canon EOS-450D) out to the Airport today for a spot of photography heres a small selection.

ATR On Finals (this one was coming in sideways with the wind and was surely in stealth mode cos' I didn't hear it til the last second)


Vincent Aviation Dash ready to depart.


A Cessna ( lol )


CTC Guys on Finals


ATR Climbing out tracking to the South.

Nice shots mate thumbup1.gif Is the Vincent Dash still operating NZ flights?
Did ya manage to catch any of the Pacific Blue Embraer?

We did have the Vincent B1900 and Dash8 flying some routes in and out of HN sometime ago but they've been absent for some time now. They were flying Eagles HN-NS leg and the odd flight to WN and CH for Air Nelson and Mount Cook.

Well guys had a wicked morning thanks to Mr M-Fraser allowing me to go for a HN Tower visit not much happening in the way of Aircraft movements but did get a few shots.

Scott , the Twinstar looks more the pocket rocket .. compared to the recent release of the Beech Duke , this thing looks the part cool.gif

Very true Ian however I havn't flown in the Twinny yet but I do agree it does look more like a pocket rocket.
