what is the correct path for 23L from the south ? I am using WI-SURREY-EMRAG . or maybe DAVEE-WI-ZORBA-SABAV-EMRAG ? What do ANZ320's use ?

It depends on if they’re using the ILS or not,
For the ILS it’s the Davee 5A which goes DAVEE WI ZORBA SABAV EMRAG
or the RNP is DAVEE 6A which is DAVEE AA403 WI ESNAX

the third and regularly used approach is the RNP Yankee curved approach from the south
probably used about the same - if not more than - the ILS.
