In that case I would guess that the callsign of the QFA flight requesting the visual would be something like QFA121? If so the reason for this would be there is a new RNP approach called the RNP Zulu Rwy 23 that tracks via CWL. Qantas Intl did not have approval for this Approach so for training would request the visual via the RNP track. They are basically flying the RNP approach but providing their own visual terrain clearance as they did not have approval for it in IMC then... I beleive now that they do. Qantas domestic (callsigns are generally QFA2XXX eg Qantas 2751) do not do visuals in and out of Queenstown since about the end of 2006 due company policy : I would be suprised if you had WAV files of that as I certainly have not seen one since I started controlling here in Jan 07
