Hi all!

Spent a grand couple of hours this arvo zipping to Wanaka in the IRIS RNZAF P-40N NZ3255.

My story is she's Pioneer's latest work of art, off to debut at WoW '08. Started at 0925 on 14 April, shut down the Allison at 1026 on Wanaka's flightline. A couple of planned stops had to be cancelled (got issues with Omaka being lower than the rest of the country, and Ashburton doesn't seem to exist), end result being the fuel light coming on as i turned base for 29 at Wanaka. Phew!

Took 29 pics in all, but here's a selection of what I feel to be the better ones. Enjoy!

Nice shots/aircraft Zac. Must of being a bit tiring on the arm without autopilot - unless you managed to trim it out nicely.

Check your terrain vertex level as I don't think you have it set right - re campervans in the last shot (and maybe the solution to your problem at Omaka?)

Hehe....following my first PPL lessons at Omaka, trim is my new god! Although I was still porpoising a bit yesterday ;) ! And what is this "auto pilot" of which you speak??!

How do I do that? Sounds ideal! The 29 end of Wanaka disappears, too.

Yep who needs an autopilot - certainly not in a Kittyhawk! ^_^

See this thread for the vertex problem
