There's Some Spits In The Air.....

Request repaints, ask questions and find downloads from the Virtual Vintage Flyers NZ project

Hey all!

I know I'm not the first to do this particular repaint, but after downloading Paul Rebuffat's rather nice Spitfire Mk.XVI I couldn't resist trying it anyway:

Uploading soon. The Spit works in FS2002 and FS9, FSX I'm not so sure of. Just great fun for throwing around Robin's RealNZ Wanaka (and Omaka, of course!).

More on the way, any/all feedback greatly appreciated.

PS - Kudos to Hamish for paving the way. Thanks for the inspiration dude cool.gif .

PPS - Decided to do the 1994 D-Day stripes too. Hope y'all approve!

Cheers for the encouragement Paul! I'm keen for any feedback/constructive criticism, and screenies! Anyone with RealNZ Wanaka and the really good RBE mesh, I'm looking at you!

:-D Cheers Paul!

That's right yak52dude, during (i think) 1990 and 1991 TB863 flew with clipped wings, as she did during the war. Until I find a full eliptical highback XVI model this one will have to do though!
