first, my English was not so good, but i will try it to tell you, how you can insert a Image !
First, go to a Image Hoster (http://imageshack.us/ or http://photobucket.com/ for Example)
Upload your Screen, when ready, you get a URL to your Screenshot!
Go to your Thread-Editor and use the Image-Button! It opens a new Window to enter the Image URL! Paste the Screen-URL into it and click to OK !!
Thats it !!! I hope, you understand, what i mean !
