Sorry how exactly do I insert pictures into the text (or for that matter video's). Clicking on the insert image button asks for for an url but wouldn't accept the url to find the file on my HD. I'm sure the answer is obvious...put could someone please point me in the right direction?

To upload a video, you may wish to create an account at www.youtube.com, follow the simple steps to upload your video there, then copy and paste the online URL from your video there.

Also feel free to upload any pictures to our NZFF Image Gallery (click on Gallery at the top-right of the page).
