Hi guys.
June has come to an end, and as usual we have a wrap up of the month's happenings:
Firstly, a big thank you to all those who have sent in donations for our website upgrade via Robin's Windowlight store. We made a total of $245 which will all be going toward the new forum and domain, which is expected to go live in the new few days.
REAL NZ Marlborough has also been released, which prominently features in dozens of screenshots and videos plastered over the forums. If you don't already have a copy, have a look at some of the screen captures to see what you're missing out on!
To compliment this, Charl's next AI project will soon be released, featuring the entire current Royal New Zealand airforce, plus a few other surprises. Many of these craft visit the awesome new RNZAF Base Woodbourne/Blenhiem Regional airport which is included on the latest REAL NZ CD.
Charl has also developed a new set of AFCAD's for his existing GNZLAP package, specifically for the new Marlborough airports. These can be downloaded for free from www.nzfs.org.nz but you need to register in order to access them.
In addition to this, The long awaited "Marlborough Sounds and Cook Strait Boat and Ferry Traffic' AI package works brilliantly with the new detailed Picton harbour, and livens up the REAL NZ Wellington area as well. The file size is just over 12mb, works with both FS9 and FSX and can be downloaded at avsim under the file name "marlborough_sounds_ai_boat_pack.zip'
Finally, congratulations to Naki for clenching the screenshot competition winner title this month with his edited Moony Brave image. He takes home the Alphasim AH-64A Apache payware prize. Don't worry if you didn't win, there is now the chance to win any Carenado aircraft of your choice in the July competition here: http://z11.invisionfree.com/nzff/index.php?showtopic=3841
Cheers,
