I've had a chat with Trolly and toprob, and we've just enabled a form beneath the recipients address on the PM page.
You can now send a message to three people. Type the person you would like to send it to (as usual) in the first box, under that you can type one or two members who you would like to 'CC' the message to.
If you have any questions feel free to PM any of the Admins or just post in this thread.
