I dont think we need a topic just for that ,i mean in one way or another we already do ,
payware is everywhere and if someone wants to ask the question youll have a number of people here on the forum answer them back about the product, like the recent pmdg 1900 topic in AC .
i just think that its alittle over the top to plug payware anymore than what we do here already "opinion"

If we were going to have a 'reviews' section (which I can see merit in doing) I personally think we should include freeware and payware all as one. By all means have a tag to advise the license associated with the add-on, but don't separate them. After all, they are all just add-ons, right? I remember going to the HMV and Virgin Records megastores in Sydney years back and was amazed at how much simpler it was browsing for CDs when they did away with the concept of 'genre'. There was just one big category. All artists, sorted from A to Z. SOO easy to find stuff

I would love to see the fsx page have a list of downloadable sceneries, afcads, etc. that are already in the forum or at least write next to the existing page whether we can use them or not.

I would be happy to help download them to see if they are compatible. Team player!!! :peace:

By the way, i changed my Avatar.

We also should have a 'flights in session' as their is no real place to let others know if you are flying or not. i know some people use messenger but if we had one place where we could come onto and write where we will be flying then maybe we could hook up a bit better. just a thought. :wink2:

Both of those sound very 'do-able', possibly as threads (pinned?) within the FSX and Multiplayer forums? What do you think? :)

We already have that to a certain degree... if flying on the inspire server you can go and have a look here to see who is online, where they are and what they're up to...

Also people often post in the 'Multiplayer' forum when they're planning on going flying..

Suggest changing the pinned topic name in the Multiplayer forum to something other than "Online Now".

Maybe "Planned Flights" but any other suggestions welcome.

Reason being you may not be online at that exact time but planning a flight at a later stage. For example the Friday night FS9 sessions. I posted today to let other members know I was planning to be Online later so the "Now" is misleading.

If you do plan to be Online at the exact time you post you can still put the same details in.

I know we can find out by drilling down on a topic but how about a Created time/Date on the front page for when a topic is started? This can give an indication of how long a topic has been active at a glance.

Keep up the great work guys. The forum layout is a lot cleaner and easy to navigate than some others I've seen.
