Yes indeed, a good day was had. I had hoped to pop along to RAF Museum Cosford but got rained off during the day.

In the evening I was competing with my pub quiz team in a special charity quiz in aid of Cancer Research which ended up raising a lot of money. We enjoyed birthday cakes too!

If I have one ambition for this momentous last year of my forties, it's to get back to NZ before I'm fifty!
