A little help needed

You guys are going to think that Im a right plonker but how do you post photos here. There is no info on how to do it.

after uploading your photo to a place like http://imageshack.us/ you grab{copy) the bottom line of text http........ then after you have written something click the img box in the add reply forum pad and paste that line of text into it and go OK

you can also change sizes at image shack and click the take sizes of the bottom text off,
good size for forums is 600x400 res you can pick this option on the upload site
ps:if it doesnt upload there turn the fire wall off or try photobucket and many others
