Information taken from a Air Pictorial of NZ from 1978

Charl is right,............ i AM chuffed by all your efforts going into this brilliant peice of work !! thumbup1.gif Well done Kahu Project !!
Its really great to see aircraft in liveries that i remember from my younger days mixed in with my favourite NAC Wings of the Nation aircraft, and the Air NZ DC-10s, and those beautiful old noisy, smelly and slow Safe Air Bristols, that plied their trade from one end of the country to the other for so many years.
This project i am really looking forward to the completion of.

Ive been so busy with airport sceneries etc over the last couple of years, i still havnt completed the 3rd NZ Retro-AI package i was doing,.... the 1960s.
The B732s in the first livery they ever wore in NZ, F27s, Viscounts , The venerable DC-3 "Skyliners", and Mt Cook Lines DC-3s, HS 748s, Early Air NZ liveried DC-8s, and Teal Liveried DC-8s and L188 Electras............... One day............

Keep up the brillant work Kahu Project !! clapping.gif drool.gif
Feel free to make any announcements you like, or post pics about the project etc in my Retro-AI and NZ Scenery forum............

Thanks guys, I'm quite enjoying putting this project together I think the 70s was one of the best areas in aviation. I'm getting closer to the finished project but there's quite a bit of work fine tuning everything as some afcad files need to be done as well so AC show where there supposed to.
I need some help with finding a DC8 Evergreen International if any one has come across this model.

I cant say as ive ever come across an AI DC8 in Evergreen livery anywhere,................
You may have to use Dee Waldron's AI DC-8 50 or 70 series, and get someone to do a paint for it maybe...............
This was what i had to do for all of the NZ Retro-AI project aircraft,......... get paints especially done for them.
