Thanks Ian,............ Im pretty happy that they would want to choose to do an interview with me. Was quite a surprise when they asked.
The other surprise i got was having one of my sceneries featured in the March/April ( issue 90) edition of "PC Pilot" magazine.

Very good interview Lawrie good to see you are getting some recognition for you work
I hope to get some more of the West Coast photo real towns finished soon but have been held up a bit with a housing problem at the moment so will be back on it as soon as I get that sorted.

Great to see the acknowledgement.

Many years of work supplying free stuff to the likes of me, filling in all the gaps that MS couldn't be bothered with.
deserves a Knighthood..."For service to the Flight Sim Community."

Well done.

See? You chip away long enough, sooner or later someone will notice smile.gif
Good interview I thought, they do run a risk of sounding like an obituary...

And the halcyon days of FS2004: the local flightsim scene was coherent and innovative, with lots of challenges identified and met!
Just for interest, I searched my oldest email archive folder on "Lawrie".
9297 items, sir.

Goodonya for sticking it out through into the Dark Side, I am having too much fun playing with my enormous FS9.5 flight simulator to be tempted into "working" for now!

P3D of course beckons, who knows?
The screens being shown are certainly spectacular are they not?

Next step might be to get the hi-res photoreal backdrop onto the airport, and seamlessly blended with the surround, whatever that might be.
Oh yes, lots of work still to be done... clapping.gif New_Zealand_etc.gif clapping.gif
