Couldn't help smiling at this, although my post is a bit OT.
Back in 1960s UK, my sister and a fellow geog/geol student got holiday jobs at a famous atlas/map publisher in Edinburgh. The main job was to proofread a new School Atlas.
Anyway, my sister's fellow student was concerned that a large area of China seemed to have been neglected, and she remedied that by inserting the name "Pu-Dhing Basin". The atlas was published like that, and survived for many years after... laugh.gif

'Propliner' is actually short for 'Proper airliner, with big rumbly radials'
