Just uploaded to Flightsim.com, and now available for download............ Wairoa Airport, NZWO.

Welcome to Wairoa, a general aviation airport in the Hawkes Bay region of the East Coast of New Zealand's North Island.
This scenery is a complete rebuild of the previously released FS9 version, using some of the custom objects
of the FS9 version, as well as FSX objects, and objects from the free VLC object libraries for New Zealand.
It is much more detailed than the FS9 version, and built to fit the VLC (Vector Land Class) payware scenery.

A few quick pics snapped off during building.....................

I spend eleven months of the year in the UK and one in NZ. I'm hoping to improve that... ;-)

Well, ive been in and out of Wairoa many times successfully in the PMDG Beech 1900-D, a Saab-340, A Dash-8 Q300, and even a Fokker F-27 Friendship.
Never thought of trying to get a Boeing in there !!
You piqued my curiosity, so, time to have a go.
I havnt got the PMDG B738, so i tried it in (you'll appreciate this one Ian smile.gif ) a true "classic",.... the Boeing 737-219 ZK-NAC.
After a couple of nervous "touchy-feely" touch & goes, i decided time to man-up, and get on with it.
First few attempts were not pretty at all !!
I finally managed to get it in there, but only just, by the skin of my teeth so to speak. Being as how the B738 is much larger than a B732, i have to wonder
how "real-as-it-gets" it is ????
Then again, maybe im just out of practice with big-iron,............. its been a while.....
