Hi Lawrie,
I have a problem with NZGY. There is a ridge running across the runway just after the windsock. I have checked for other AFCADS and I have also placed the NZGY AFCAD file in the scenery/world/scenery folder.
Any ideas?
Cheers
Steve

Almost looks like a flatten file is missing.
Do you have 4 flatten files in NZGY's "Scenery" folder ?? ......

NZGY_Flatten1.bgl
NZGY_Flatten2.bgl
NZGY_Flatten3.bgl
NZGY_Flatten4.bgl

I notice your not using Robin Corns Freeware photoreal Queenstown ground scenery,...... it was specifically designed to fit into that, and the 20m mesh.
I could try making another flatten for you covering that central portion of the scenery.
PM me with your e-mail addy, and i'll e-mail it to you...................

Hi Lawrie. Yes all 4 flattens are there.
For NZQN I am using:
NZQNv1.0.zip
NZQNv1.5.zip
and the autogen NZQN_agn.zip
Plus the 75m mesh.
I have PM'd my email address to you.
Thanks

Got your e-mail addy thanks.
I'll make a flatten in the next day or two, and e-mail it to you.
I see you are using the 75m mesh,............. could have something to do with the problem.
The scenery was designed and built for the 20m mesh.

I should just bite the bullet and buy the 20m mesh. Most of my flying is in heavy tin but I do the odd VFR flight now and again and this would be beneficial. I have FSX, and a good system to run it on, but so far I have been underwhelmed by it. Very false plastic look about it. Plus I get a headache just thinking about trying to get sceneries etc to work or having to find/buy new scenery and aircraft. I am still very happy with FS9.

Lawrie as your scenery wonders occupy most of my hard drive are there any that need altering to accommodate the 20m mesh?
