Alphasim have released to the freeware world another bunch of a/c that were payware including the Beechcraft T34, Sikorsky S-55, Cessna 170 and Douglas A3 Skywarrior...I believe they are all FS9 ..although the S-55 maybe FSX native..not sure?

Yeah most should work ok in FSX from my experience, they maybe only have a prop texture wrong with them that can be fixed if need be

Well I just installed the Cessna 170 and thought I'd post to save anyone else their time and effort. I can see why they released this as freeware because I would have been very disappointed if I'd paid for it. Quite frankly the 2D cockpit is rubbish and that's all there is - it doesn't come close to what is
now an acceptable article. I don't know how it flys because I dumped it straight after looking at the interior. Now to have a look at the Mentor, it's a much bigger download so perhaps there's some quality there.
