Hey guys!

I've been away from flightsim for a while but back into it again.
New helo from the nemeths (FSX) on the way ' MD 500 Defender' looks pretty sweet especially the models with the SF soldiers! Some pics below.

OK yeah .. me names not Zac .. its FSX , and i chew they olive branch to often , nice but missing something ... maybe a Tim !

Yeah I got it. Model and textures are are very nice but I'm not as impressed with the aircraft as I thought would for some reason.
Sounds I reckon could be better, outside idle is very quiet and there is a gap in sound between idle and shutdown.
It flys different to how I thought It would - but maybe that just me!
VC texture are blurred when zoomed in so can't see what switchs im switching so have to use shift 2.
Cool feature must be the animated soldiers. They turn their heads and move there arms a bit and their legs even move when you turn!

Mike, Ian you guys get it? If so what you think?

o and mike you have their bo105 right? what you think of it cos I was considering buying it.

I found it pretty sweet , being the early 500D ... sound and starts , not sure yet ... Goeffs Autopilot display unit arrived

but i do perfer a 500 to 105 , easy buy .

Ah good your autopilot arrived.. mine hasn't quite yet.
It would be cool if they added a couple more models.. cough** (ah-6 littlebird) cough**

I might hold of on the 105 for now then.

Yeah i have all of nemeth bro choppers ,this 500d i like for its detail and its flight dynamics, plus my mate painted one of them for the bros , the model variations are good ,the only thing i have a problem with is the VC view out the side windows ,the pillers are in the way like the BO105 ..

Im bias with the Bo105 ive liked that helicopter for years after watching a german army training video i got from the warehouse ,weres the helicopter was flying between trees and doing some hell moves ,the nemeth one still has the detail i like in a model and passes with flying colors 100%

the 500D so far is the same for me just wish they would update there s76 and AS350 and make a good bell222/BK117 or AS355 for X, that would surely cover us here in NZ for rotors

there is already a cool little bird around freeware ,for what it is and how its made plus if you add a good soundset ,that brings it up to a very good 85% in my eyes 'freeware'
