There's been a ton of repaints posted on Classic British files site, G reg, a few Aussies, RAF, finnish, no Kiwi ones. Plenty of old photos of ZK reg dh60's on various sites, but all B/W so guessing colour schemes would a bit hit and miss for repainting, only one existing flying in NZ at the moment??

AEJ is the Racing Moth - AEK was a Fox Moth! tongue.gif BTW the Moth's for sale if anyone's keen.....

This Moth model is superbly simple to repaint! Just bring on some pics and I'll see what I can do! "ZK-ARB" is my own fantasy Moth, I'd love to do AEJ and ADT next.....like I say, very very simple to repaint, and the model looks (and flies) fantastically!

Doh! - I always get those regos mixed up. Looking forward to any repaints that you might conjure up. Interesting to note that ADT is the oldest flying aircraft currently in NZ but this is about to get surpassed by the Avro 504K been restored at Omaka.

Keep an eye out on FlightSim.com for "moth_adt.zip" in the next few days, a repaint representing Lee Middleton's ZK-ADT.

AEJ's up next - not the right model of course (AEJ's a Metal Moth) - but I'm sure it'll do smile.gif

Before I download the older moth- what sort of speeds is she capable in FS?

I love the original Tiger Moth to bits, but it's just too tediously slow for regular flights- is that a big supercharger I see whacked on the front of ADT Zac? Or are these craft inferior to the DH82?

Haha the DH60 is an earlier model than the DH82a Tiger - she simply has its engine "the right way up" - the Tiger has it inverted. No supercharger here! Speeds are about the same as the Tiger, probably a tad slower.

Have had a couple of great flights in these - I enjoy the vintage stuff.

I have one complaint/query though and wonder if anyone has noticed this...?

Both versions take off in about 5 metres from starting to roll. While I appreciate that their take of rotation would
be at a comparably low speed this is clearly exaggerated. Any suggested fixes in the A/C CFG ?

Howdy,

Were these skins ever released? Have done a search on Flightsim.com, but there's nothing showing ... sad.gif

TIA
Regards,
