Calculating centre of gravity % value for FMC (FSX)

I've been playing with the FMC on my newly acquired CS 757. At some point (in order to set take off trim) you need to enter the CG% value. Where can this be obtained?

In the fuel/loadout screen, there's just a visual indicator.
