HJG (Historic Jetliners Group) announced a bunch of new repaints on Monday for the Erick Cantu/VISTALINERS B727-100 model. She's a great looking aircraft, Eric's model obviously sharing many components/details with the 727-200. HJG are hosting the model, and textures and a very nice panel (FS9 only, by Richard Probst) and P&W JT8 soundset (Daniel Carerri, Benoit Plamondon, & Mark Cranston) at their subsite over at Simviation.

So, imagine my suprise to see a FedEx 727-100 pull into NZAA this morning and begin to unload its cargo. I was sure they'd removed the old birds from service rolleyes.gif

a nicely proportioned 1/4 panel view for those last minute approaches (and a great conventional 2D panel, awesome guage work)...

giving the rubber a workout on touchdown at 23L...

slowing the old bird down...

and parking up to unload...

lots of great detail and animations..
