Oh my God,

At last, a freeware Constellation WITH VIRTUAL COCKPIT! I've been waiting for that for so long. And it's here now on AVSIM. Another masterpiece of Manfred Jahn!

Looks great - there seems to be an avalanche of good payware and freeware aircraft coming out for both FSX and FS9

Its a Starliner L1649A one of 44 built , it would be nice to get an earlier 1049 wing retro fitted , im sure Manfred has that in mind , i'm guessing before that , he might be fitting a virtual cabin . I wonder how many photos of Connie would wrap n the fuselage

I loaded this up and...was completely underwhelmed!
I'm not sure it's the fault of the model, though, which is pretty competent all round.

I remember Constellations as massive, snarling beasts that shook the earth as they passed overhead.
But you know, it's really not as big as a 737, even.
