Any of the Douglas piston engined transports
best is DC6B or a stock DC4/C54

DC7C is good too. lovely sound and so stately in the air, as graceful as .........

Level D 767-300 for payware, I love it in both FSX and FS9!
Freeware... hmmm... probably Rick Piper's HS748/ H780 Andover. It's a great plane! (actually anything by him is!)

umm RealNZ although not a download myself as I bought the discs. Also anything from RealAir/Dreamfleet and some of the stuff from Flight 1 & Carenado.

Freeware - the Fletchers, Rick Piper Chipmunk, the french Cessna 150, Warwick Carters Mustang, Samdim CAP 10, any NZ scenery, Glacier Bayv2 ...........................

This topic has been covered a lot in the past but I guess it changes over time for each person and their are some newbies that might want to add their favourites.
