Not my fault mate, blame the US custom officers! :@

Everyone knows you have the brand new FSX Spitty from RealAir anyway, so untill Doug Brooker's two seater arrives in Godzone, I don't think I need to update my list haha.

Hokaay...

Hurricane:
Robert Sanderson has done the best freeware Hurri ever.
Curtiss P-40 Kittyhawk: Iris payware has NZ 3255

I am slowly but surely gathering various models to use as AI for a new WOW package.
Miloslav Wolf has painted some YAK-52's, and he's agreed to do some NZ ones shortly.
Steve Jenks is repainting the Stone PBY in present-day colours
P-51: I've done a -TAF on Roger Dial's old model, for AI
Corsair: ditto
Miloslav has painted Albatross previously, and I will ask him to do more for AI - do we have good pics for him of all the NZ models, I couln't find on a.net.
There are others, I'll add as they come to mind.

The superlative Just Flight/AH Spitfire package includes a bubble-topped two seat Mk.IX which we can repaint as Doug's one. Staying with Spits, I've done repaints of Paul Rebuffat's freeware IX and XVI for Brendon Deere's upcoming machine ZK-SPT and the old AFC TB863/ZK-XVI, which are available at FlightSim.com.

Ian's done some preliminary work on the old Alpine Fighter Collection birdcage Corsair, "NZ5201"/ZK-FUI.

Unfortunately there isn't a P-40K-5 so we can have "NZ3108"/ZK-PXL, but fingers crossed we can just make do with the Iris E model. "Currawong" A29-448/ZK-CAG exists at Simviation.com, a primarily CFS2 model with TONS of weathering but works fine in FS9. The lack of a suitable model available is also the reason why we don't have a newer Currawong, as there just aren't any N-1 or even M models around. They seem to have been ignored, goodness only knows why.

A while back our mysteriously departed friend captain_hamish did a Zero repaint of the AFC's converted Harvard machine "288"/ZK-ZRO. I may do a Harvard repaint of this machine so the performance is more appropriate. I'm not sure if he released this or not.

Avenger? We all miss Plonky terribly (she's for sale ATM....who wants in?!) and it would be nice to be able to rumble down 29/11 at Wanaka in her FS form. Who knows of a good TBM model?

Theanks to Alfashark we now have a Polikarpov I-153 "Chaika" biplane known to be available at sim-outhouse, and I intend to start work on repaints of two of the AFC machines at Wanaka.

Hows about the Cessna A-37 Dragonfly? I've flown a few FS models in my time but don't have one currently.....together with the Vamps and Albatros, ZK-JTL would be cool to have for a virtual Jetobatics team!

HUNTER! Dave Garwood's model would be perfect for a repaint of the now-grounded ZK-JIL. She lives at Tauranga's Classic Flyers Museum so pics wouldn't be too hard to get.

Even thought she crashed (with the sad loss of Kerry Campbell and Chris Taylor?) in 2004, it would be nice to have the Fouga Magister ZK-FGA in FS form. I remember seeing a Magister in the Cold War thread?

OK, one TBM Avenger coming right up.... avengv19.zip over at FSDome.com
CFS2 conversion, not too bad an external model but the panel needs a little tidy up.
Other than that, she flies well and traps sweet too

I found this de Havilland DH104 Dove on avsim.com

The aircraft contains no VC but has photographic panel in all views. Sounds are default. The aircraft also includes a RNZAF paint. Hence the reason im placing it here.

The file is named dh104v2.zip

Now that is a pretty paint :) The aircraft sits in the back no3 hanger at Wigram Air force world , the extra detail , astrodome,UHF/VHF added with Barf and Museum staff measuring details hence the no2 version , most markings are photos , then paint plan to layout to position , paint completed by myself and model edited by the CBFS menbers .

OK folks, what's new here? Time for an update on what everyone's doing?

Um I've just been promoted at work so haven't had much time for FS stuff, so apologies if anyone's been waiting (unlikely ;) ) for anything VVFNZ.
