There's an alternative, post offices sell these 'Pressie cards' they work the same as credit cards, except you pay for what you want on it. You can find out more about them here, it has a better explanation

You can't really expect an awesome model like the PMDG 1900 to be free? It takes thousands of hours to make and the only way for that to work is if you are charged a small fee for it.
I'd just be grateful it's there at all ;)

Sorry, you sounded like you were complaining that it costs money.

Other options are the Mike Stone model, which is probably floating around somewhere (although I am not really sure where it is), or you could cannibalise a Beech from an AI Pack or the like.

Although I can recommend the PMDG model if you are looking for a good simulation. ;)

Look, you may be thinking "... money. Hmmm do I want to spend it? What if I don't..."
The PMDG 1900d Was the first one I ever bought and it was really worth it. I pondered over it for 4 days reading reviews (I first new about it from an old PC Pilot magazine) and I decided to buy it.
It is very good and I really recommend buying it.
If you want I (and I'm sure anyone else who has it) can post screenshots of specific areas for you.

Yep I have it too along with the 1900C. It's awesome, and probably in the top 5 addons I have/have tried.

I paid for the 1900D using a prezy card aswell and its a very simple alternative to the credit card.
If you wana see some more pics click on the link in my sig, It will take you to my pics at FSliners I have a few of the D & C there ;)
