Looks awesome, I'll definitely have to try it out. A posting here when it's released would be awesome so we can check it out. :thumbup:

Still looking great- has the VC been improved with this version?

In FS9 you could change a line in the panel.cfg to double the resolution and give quite an acceptable VC.
[Window00]
file=G_Panel.bmp
file_1024=G_Panel.bmp
size_mm= 1024
window_size_ratio=0.732
position= 4
visible=1
ident=MAIN_PANEL

In FSX, this is already 1024, and is 'orrible.

Is there a fix for FSX or are the FS9 crowd simply better off???

I just did my best to repair the panel which is nearly impossible to do without the original model. Here are my results. I uploaded it onto simviation. Hope this helps.

Kayman Fix

I also added a sling function to to aircraft so if u know how to create a saved flight and add objects to the world...
then u can have a slingload mission as I did here at my private Silverstone airfield.
If anyone shows interest...i will upload the sling flight and the instructions.

And yes I repainted the aircraft black for special ops.

I did not have permission to do this so I hope the creator of the aircraft can forgive me...Its just that I love the kayman and
I really wanted to use it in FSX but the panel was unuseable and I need to see my guages during flight.

Thx again to Nigel 'Nije' Booth for putting in all the hard work when he created the aircraft as credited on simviation.

You know that at night, when they turn the lights off, it's pretty much black anyway. And there isn't enough room in an SH-2G for 'special ops', unless you're only inserting Rambo.

How hard was it to add the slingload function?? I want to add both the slingload and winch capability to the Nemeth UH1H if at all possible!!

Cheers,

I added a black paint job...the original is still there for those who love it.

Mfraser to create a slingload fuction...you simply need to edit the aircraft.cfg file and add a few lines just above electrical.
I will post a link to a page that helped me to achieve this.
Sling Load Page

Two slings in action...gotta love this heli.
