i have just downlaoded a paintkit of kittyhawks 737-200 and i am using the psd.
but i have finished painting it but have no idea how to turn it into textures for FS can anyone help me???

What you need is DXTbmp. It turns photo files into fs compatible files. When you save in Photoshop(or whatever you're using) make sure you save it as an extended bitmap. Otherwise it will be all blurry. When saving again through DXTbmp once again bitmap. Then it is just experimental with what you like. Some don't work e.g. DXT1 might not work but Extended 16bit 333 might.
