This has probably been asked before, but are FSX a/c backwards compatible with FS9? I would think this would work as long as you had the correct gauges?

I think aircraft in FSX read textures quite differently to FS9.

I think it would work AS LONG as you re-save the textures as the correct type.

Well youd have to go with out the "interior" model, what ever that is, my guess woudl be the VC

Would fs9 even handle that idea of the two differant model files?

btw, its a bit offtopic, but does anyone know where the fsx modules folder is? I can't seem to find one :P

You mean as in the folder where ya chuck all the .dll files and the odd folder? Even if you created one in the main fsx folder it wouldn't read anything from it woudl it? Is there a new equivilent for fsx, perhaps its called the "lets just put em all in the main folder and not bother with an extra subfolder" messy messy..

default FSX does not come with one, Install FSUIPC and that will make one.
