Any freeware passenger aircraft that include one (I only know of the Cancorde by Mach 2 the ATR 72 and that's about it)
I mean any at all!

aerodesings A318, Ifly 744, Francisco Sanchez-Castaner's ATR 72, meljet 77 (don't know what happened with the actul flight deck there! Cabin isn't to bad if you find the right textures).

Thats just a few that I remember, there are a few witch I have forgoten the names of too.

Most of the PAD aircraft have a VC.

Don't think they have Virtual cabins thow Alex

The VCs in them aren't too bad, reasonably functional, at a par with most other "good" freeware VCs.. I liked there Q300.

All I can remember is Meljet's B777. The custom Sony PS2 has a playstation at every seat

Also, the Captainsim B757 and PMDG 1900d both have them.
