I think the Qantas New Zealand 737's are quite photogenic. Are there any models available for fs2004 with ZK- paintjobs?

I've had a quick search but found nothing. Cheers.

Only the payware Feelthere/Wilco model. However, is there much difference between Qantas NZ and Qantas AU in terms of paint job? If not you could mod a texture yourself...

As far as I knew, I thought that Qantas AU only operated B737-NG's and that NZ had their older 737-300's and -400's?

If there is a Qantas AU 733 or 734, I'd happily edit it myself as the only thing that would need changing would be the regom, and removal of 'Sprit of Austalia' tagline I think...?

only difference is the Qantas AU ones say "Spirit of Australia" on the side, the Jetconnect ones don't
See: http://www.airliners.net/open.file/1142960/L/ Jetconnect
cf: http://www.airliners.net/open.file/1176563/L/ QF AU

I know Jon Murchison was doing one for the default FSX 737, although that's technically a 738.

After a litte more research from Wikipedia, I have found out that JetConnect is a subsidiary company of Qantas Airways, based in New Zealand that flys domestic and trans-tasman routes. It's ICAO code is 'QNZ' and callsign is 'Qantas JetConnect' (although I have never heard this on my scanner)

Apparently it has a fleet of 2 Boeing 737-400's, and 7 Boeing 737-300's but 734's from Qantas AU are gradually replacing the 733's, which are being converted into freighters in Australia.

Zolt- thanks for the heads up. I've also seen Jons repaint for the default fs9 734, but hate the M$ model

Qantas jetconnect was formed after the collapse of Qantas New Zealand ( Jetconnect was formed to save face for QF ), they currently operate 7 737-338 and 2 737-438 aircraft, the 737-300's are being progressively replaced by the 400's as the 300's get converted into freighters for Australian Air Express. The only livery difference is, as Zolt said it the "Sprit of Australia"Â￾ down the side, and the call sign is QANTAS not Qantas-jetconnect, (towerguy may be able to give a reason what it says Qantas-Jetconnect rather than just Qantas)

The only repaints done so far are for the 50north and Wilco models.

Regards, Scott

Just AS for the 400
