Never got to the PPL stage, least I proved I could easy drive one into the space they have those big white fluffy things and return it to the paddock at Christchurch in one piece

Yeah, when I got the P51D the other day it blew me away. They've come a long way since I got the Cub. Tempted with a Cherokee as I've never been a huge C172 fan.
