Abacus aren't exactly the PMDG of the sim world its true
but it does appear to have all you'd need to fly IFR. There is a freebie for FS9 which should work if the gauges are compatible.
Note: the name is Partenavia with an "E" not "A" as you spelt it, might help when your searching, oh and the machine was also known later as the Vulcanair P68
