Hi there. I am trying to contact a repainter called Frank Cooper. He did a repaint of the PMDG Jetstream 4100 called "City of Brisbane" ( on the Ozx site ). It is one of the best repaints that I have ever seen and I feel that I should trouble him to see if he could do the Bae146/100 version of the same. I can't seem to get a contact for him.. any help or suggestions..
Cheers, Craig

Hi Craig , I do have the PMDG J41 , the painters name one your looking for eludes me , but if you want specific for BAe146/100 you might want to mention the design group it comes from , either QW or the Just Flight model , Matt "Jeansy" has done a few and brilliant scores on this model ... ANSETT OZ one i recommend ..

Hi there Ian. Thanks I will do. It is the QW 146. I have a liking for the purple theme of the COB repaint. I feel that the Thai Air Line colours would also look good on the 146....lol Cheers mate..

Think the Thai livery would suit the QW but think you might be pushing to get a paint due not having a real base , you could always start your own home grown paint , sure it would be well received .

LOL... never done a repaint. I downloaded the QW repaint kit for the 146, but nothing on my hard drive would recognise the file format. I would love to give repainting a try but I feel that it costs big time to have the correct programs. Any suggestions as to which programs are the best and easiest to use?
Cheers.

One thing i can honestly say doing a paint for the serious non developer , adding your special signature really is not just fun but an education , for the starter out there 'GIMP' a freeware/download program is the one to use .
